No right of withdrawal for perishable goods:
Since beverages, especially fresh or chilled products, are perishable goods, there is no general right of withdrawal for these products in accordance with legal requirements.
Returns for faulty or damaged goods:
- If a product is delivered faulty or damaged, please report this within 7 days of receipt of delivery.
- To speed up processing, please send us an email with a description of the problem and photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- In such cases, we will offer you either a replacement or a refund.
Incorrectly delivered products:
- If you have received an incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days .
- We will cover the return costs for incorrectly delivered products.
Return conditions:
- Products must be returned unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging.
- Opened or partially consumed products cannot be returned.
Refund:
- After checking the returned products, the refund will be made within 14 days to the original means of payment.
- Return costs will only be covered if there is an error on our part (e.g. damaged or incorrectly delivered products).
Undeliverable deliveries:
- If the delivery is returned due to an incorrect address or non-acceptance by the customer, additional costs may apply.
